What I do.

Aerospace Engineering Club

Co-founder

Designs and launches rockets entirely in-house — airframes, propulsion staging, and recovery systems. Teaches aerodynamics and microcontroller programming to members.

FTC Robotics Team

Co-founder

Competed in the First Tech Challenge; reached the Arizona state competition. Combines mechanical design with software and machine learning to build autonomous and driver-controlled robots.

Astronomy and Photography Club

Founder

Runs viewing nights, astrophotography sessions, and discussions on current developments in space science.

Phoenix Youth Symphony Philharmonic

Percussionist and most senior section member

Helps run the percussion section and performs in the full Philharmonic orchestra.

Tri-M Music Honor Society

Member

Performs at mental health institutions, hospitals, and schools for the elderly and children.

Band Council

Council Chair

Helped launch the band's student government program.

Science National Honor Society

Member

Advocates for scientific engagement across the school community.

Things I've built.

NASA TechRise

Sep 2024 – May 2025

  • Led Arizona's winning team in the NASA TechRise Student Challenge
  • Designed, built, launched, and analyzed data from a suborbital payload; earned $1,500 NASA grant

Experiment PDF ↗

Custom I2C Breakout PCB

  • Designed a custom PCB to streamline I2C prototyping for students and hobbyists
  • Maintains full microcontroller compatibility; currently in user trials

Paper ↗

Latin Vocabulary Study App (PyQt6)

  • Desktop app: Kahoot-style timed quizzes, frequency-weighted word selection, spaced repetition
  • Configurable number-key bindings, principal parts display, per-word frequency analytics
